JUDGEMENT

(1.) ONE Kuljit Kuar sent a written complaint to this Court alleging therein that on 24.7.2006 her husband, namely, Sonu was picked up by some unknown police officials without disclosing any offence committed by him. Pursuant to the notice issued, reply way way of an affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Industrial Area, Ludhiana has been filed, in which, it has been stated that the husband of the petitioner, namely, Sonu, who is a rickshaw puller was not picked up by any police officials. It has further been submitted that during the enquiry, it was found that a wrong information was given to this Court by his wife under some misimpression, as the Sonu did not return back to his house. Subsequently, he came back hale and hearty and the complainant as well as Sonu gave affidavits in this regard. Copy of the same have been annexed with the reply. In view of the aforesaid reply, no further direction is required to be issued. Dismissed.
