JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that the parties were married in the year 1997. On account of certain matrimonial differences, the petitioner filed a petition for grant of divorce in April 2003. Thereafter, the complainant, filed a petition under Section 10 of the Guardian and Wards Act, for custody of their minor child, residing with the petitioner. It is only in the year 2006, after eight and half years of the marriage, the complainant lodged the present FIR. It is further contended that even as per orders of the Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, declining bail to the petitioner, all dowry articles have been recovered. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Punjab, for 21.9.2006.

(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
