(2.) THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to give recognition to Hindi Shikshan Parangat Examination equivalent to O.T./ B.T./ B.Ed. For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioners have already got served a legal notice dated 28.2.2006 (P-8), upon the respondents. Without going into the merits of the case, we deem it just and appropriate to direct the respondents to take cognizance of the legal notice
