(1.) ON 25.4.2005 the hearing of the petition was adjourned sine die, awaiting decision of S.L.P. (Civil) No.8394 to 8396 of 2005, wherein the proceedings in the instant contempt have been stayed. In view of the above nothing survives for adjudication in these proceedings. Accordingly, rule is discharged.
