(2.) NOTICE of motion. On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Rathee, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice. The prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to consider the petitioners eligible for the post of JBT Teachers on Guest Faculty basis as per the decision of the Government to fill up the vacant posts of JBT Teachers against the sanctioned posts even they are possessing the requisite qualification in view of annexures P-7. For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioners have already got served a legal notice dated July 2, 2006 (P-9), upon the respondents.
