JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON the oral request of counsel for the petitioner, State Bank of India, Sector 17, Chandigarh is impleaded as respondent No.2. Office is directed to carry out necessary correction in the memo. of parties. Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner did not make any wrong entry. Even otherwise, the amounts, due to the bank, have already been repaid. Adjourned to 29.8.2006.

(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions :-
