JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that the petitioners, who are ladies, are only attributed abuses. It is further contended that petitioner No.1 suffered injuries, with respect to which she made a statement before the police, pursuant whereto a cross case was registered against the complainant.

(2.) NOTICE of motion to A.G.Punjab for 18/8/2006. Meanwhile, in the event of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions :-
