(2.) WRITTEN statement on behalf of respondent No. 3, filed today in Court, is taken on record. Counsel for the parties are in agreement that if regular timetable, to ply buses, of all the operators on the route, in question is framed, that will settle the problem, inter-se the parties. Shri Chhina has no objection to the same and assures this Court that respondent No.2 shall look into the matter and decide the same, as per law. Needful shall be done within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is also made clear that before taking final decision in the matter, opportunity of hearing shall be afforded to the parties concerned. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
