JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that the dispute in the present case arises from the alleged failure of the petitioners to execute a sale deed, pursuant to an agreement to sell, allegedly executed by them. It is further contended that the dispute is purely civil in nature and, therefore, the petitioners should not be arrested.

(2.) NOTICE of motion to A.G.Punjab for 24.8.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions :-
