JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS petition has been filed for quashing on the ground that there was civil litigation between the parties on account of which a false case has been registered. THIS defence of the petitioner will have to be gone into before the trial court and cannot be gone into as a ground for quashing at this stage. The petition is dismissed.
