JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that the injuries attributed to the petitioners are simple in nature. Even otherwise, their co-accused, namely; Smt.Pasho has lodged a cross case, against the complainants. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Punjab for 18.8.2006. To be heard alongwith Crl.Misc.No.37434-M of 2006.

(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
