JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that as per the investigation by the police, it has come to light that the petitioner merely stood surety for repayment of the amount, paid by the complainant. The enquiry has revealed that the petitioner is not a travel agent. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Punjab, for 10.8.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
