(2.) C.M. is allowed. Affidavit attached therewith is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. The petitioner was retired from service with the respondents rightly on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.8.2002. The age of superannuation of a Mali that is the post against which the petitioner was engaged is 60 years. It is the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not yet attained the age of 60 years on account of the fact that his date of birth is 18.8.1952 and, as such, she could not have been retired on 31.8.2002.
