JUDGEMENT

(1.) VIDE order dated March 17, 2006, concession of interim anticipatory bail was granted in favour of the petitioner. Counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact has not been controverted by the State counsel on getting instructions from ASI Jagbir Singh.

(2.) WITHOUT expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is allowed and the order dated March 17, 2006, is made absolute, subject to petitioner's continuing to appear before the Investigating Officer, as and when asked to do so, and also complying with the provisions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
