JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Bhola Singh has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 130 dated 20.9.2005 under Sections 302, 307, 148, 149, 120B IPC read with Section 25, 27, 54 and 59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Lehra, District Sangrur. I have heard counsel for the petitioner and gone through the contents of the FIR as well as the order dated 29.9.2006, passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Sangrur, whereby bail application of the petitioner has been dismissed. The petitioner is the main accused, who is alleged to have fired shot upon the deceased. Keeping in view the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
