JUDGEMENT

(1.) C.Ms.No.7109 to 7118-C-2004 : Allowed subject to all just exceptions. R.S.A.No.2951 of 2004 : Learned counsel for the appellants says that the present appeal filed by the appellants may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to them to take appropriate remedy, in accordance with law. Learned counsel further states that the appellants have already initiated proceedings before the Block Development and Panchayat Officer. In view of the aforesaid statement of the learned counsel, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
