JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE following order was passed by this court on May 06, 2005 :-

(2.) LEARNED counsel for the respondents states that the respondents shall examine the claim of the petitioners afresh keeping in view the order passed in favour of respondent no.4 dated 20.12.2002. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to take a final decision in the matter within three months from today.
