(2.) REPLY on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 has been filed in Court today and a copy thereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. C.W.P. No. 4578 of 2006 Learned State counsel had drawn our attention to the order dated April 19, 2006 (R-1) which shows that the notice of premature retirement of the petitioner dated September 8, 2005 (P-1) which is subject matter of challenge in this petition has been withdrawn and the petitioner has been granted three years extension after the completion of age of 55 years. Accordingly, the petitioner shall be entitled to all benefits with regard to salary etc.
