JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner seeks quashing on the basis of rival version put forward by the petitioner, which cannot be appreciated in a quashing petition. Further prayer has been made that version of the petitioner be investigated. This prayer cannot be entertained in a petition under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as the petitioner has other remedies. THE petition is dismissed.
