ON September 10, 1996, the Division Bench has directed the filing of affidavit by the petitioner that the post of Pump Operator Grade I is inter-changeable and inter-transferable with the post of Pump Attendant even though latter post falls in Group 'D' in the services of the Government of Haryana. The adjournment was also granted to study the matter further. C.W.P. No. 11040 of 1996 [2] However, after a period of over 9 years, no document has been filed on record complying with the aforementioned order and Mr. K.C. Bhatia, learned counsel for the petitioner has apprised the Court that the petitioner is not responding nor he has contacted him during all these years. In view of the above, no adjudication of the dispute is possible. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
