JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS revision petition has been filed against the order dated July 2, 2004, vide which, charge-sheet was framed against the petitioners. THIS Court feels that except in rare cases, only strong suspicion is needed to frame a charge. In view of facts of this case, no case is made out for interference in the order passed. Dismissed. However, keeping in view long detention of the petitioners in jail, trial Court is directed to expedite the pending trial and try to dispose it of by giving dates after short intervals.
