JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON 31.1.2006, the following order was passed:-

(2.) COUNSEL for respondent No.2 refers to compromise dated 6.2.2006 annexed to Criminal Misc. No.8362 of 2006. In view of this affidavit, counsel for the State has no objection to quashing. Accordingly, proceedings in FIR No.146 dated 9.6.2005, under sections 323/285/506/34 IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act, Police Station Narnaund, District Hisar, are quashed. The petition is disposed of.
