(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that a civil dispute is sought to be converted into a criminal dispute. The petitioner, alongwith one Mahavir Tyagi, took the premises on rent and thereafter commenced business, under the name and style of `Chauhan Studio'. Eventually, they severed their business ties and the petitioner continued to run the studio. The complainant, now in league with the landlord wants to dispossess the petitioner and have lodged the present FIR. The petitioner has filed a civil suit for permanent injunction, which is pending adjudication. The FIR has been lodged, after the filing of the aforementioned suit. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Punjab, for 19.9.2006.
(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
