JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that petitioner no.2 is the sister-in-law of the complainant, whereas petitioner no.1 is petitioner no.2's husband. It is contended that the complainant and her husband who are involved in a matrimonial dispute reside at Patti, whereas the petitioners reside at Ferozepur. The petitioners were married prior to the marriage of the complainant. The complainant's husband has been arrested and all dowry articles recovered.

(2.) NOTICE of motion to Advocate General, Punjab, for 28.8.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
