(1.) HEARD.Offence alleged is under sections 420/406 IPC and section 24 of Immigration Act. On 16.2.2006, the following order was passed:-

(2.) I have heard counsel for the parties. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/ Duty Magistrate, Kapurthala, on his showing proof of compliance of his undertaking as above. The amount will abide by such further order of the court, as may be passed at the end of the trial. The petition is disposed of.
