JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED State counsel has pointed out that the petitioners have not filed any representation in terms of the directions issued by this Court in CWP No.4382 of 2002 (Satbir Singh and another v. State of Haryana and others), decided on 21.3.2002. It has not been shown by the petitioners that their case is covered by the aforementioned judgment, which may enable the respondents to grant them the relief. Ms. Khurana, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners shall make a comprehensive representation. If such a representation is made, the respondents shall consider the same in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of its receipt. In view of the above, rule is discharged.
