JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN Civil Writ Petition No. 3114 of 2005, the petitioners herein have been impleaded as respondents Nos. 12, 13 and 14 and respondent No.5 herein has been arrayed as petitioner in Civil Writ Petition No. 3114 of 2005. When Civil Writ Petition No. 3114 of 2005 came up for consideration today, we have passed the following order:-

THE instant writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms and liberty is granted to the petitioners (who are respondents in CWP No. 3114 of 2005) to challenge the order dated 25.1.2006, which has been taken on record as Mark 'A' in CWP No. 3114 of 2005. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
