JUDGEMENT

(1.) Notice of motion to the respondents for May 15,2006. To be heard along with Civil Writ Petition No.6281 of 2006. Liberty to serve he respondents through their standing counsel Shri R.N.Raina, Advocate.

(2.) In the meantime, the petitioner shall be permitted to appear provisionally in the examination in question as prayed for. However, it is made clear that the aforesaid liberty granted to the petitioner shall not be construed to be vesting any right in him. The result of the petitioner shall not be declared except with the prior approval of this court.

(3.) A copy of this order be given dasti under the attestation of the Court Secretary of the Bench.
