JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that though the petitioner is alleged to have witnessed a forged special power of attorney, dated 27.2.2004, the parties have compromised the matter. The petitioner's coaccused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 7.3.2006, passed in Crl.Misc.No.11490.M of 2006.

(2.) NOTICE of motion to A.G.Haryana for 21.8.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions :-
