(1.) THE petitioner is directed to appear, before the Investigating Officer, on 24/7/2006 at 10 am. THE Investigating Officer shall also be present at the police station on the aforementioned date and time. Adjourned to 1/9/2006.

(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions :-
