JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that the alleged identity theft, committed by their distributors, by using the identity of another subscriber in issuing 95 other prepaid SIM cards, would not lead to the commission of any criminal offence. It is further contended that similarly situated co-accused, though in different FIRs, have already been granted interim protection by this Court, vide orders dated 9.6.2006, passed in Crl.Misc.Nos.35238.M and 35240.M of 2006 respectively. Notice of motion to A.G.Haryana for 28.8.2006.

(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of their arrest, the petitioners shall be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions :-
