JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that the land in dispute, was owned by Tara Devi. Upon her demise, her legal representatives sold her share in the land in dispute, to Ashok Kumar etc. The petitioner is not the vendor/vendee or the beneficiary of the land in dispute but mere an attesting witness. By mistake, his photographs were affixed on the sale deed. It is contended that the complainant's grievance is not with respect to the sale deed but with respect to the fact that land in his possession as a cosharer, has been sold.

(2.) NOTICE of motion to Advocate General, Haryana, for 29.8.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
