THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to quash the letter dated June 8, 2005 (P-5), and direct the respondents to give ex-gratia appointment as per policy dated November 18, 2005, framed by Government of Haryana. For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already got served a legal notice dated 18.10.2005 (P-6), upon the respondents.
