JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that the petitioners, awarded a contract to M/s Deepali Constructions Company and thereafter to M/s Shanti Construction Company, for the construction of Saraf Mall at G.T. Road, Panipat. The offence, if any, that may arise from the collapse of the building under construction, could only be fastened upon the aforementioned companies. It is further contended that no loss of life or damage to any public property has been established. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Haryana for 18.9.2006.

(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
