JUDGEMENT

(1.) Notice of motion. Mr. Harish Rathee,sr. D. A. G. Hayrana, who is present in court accepts notice. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter has been heard on merits. The petitioners have filed this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution for quashing order dated 24.3.2006 (Annexure P-1)whereby they have been transferred from District Fatehabad to other districts , whereas they belong to the district cadre of Fatehabad. The matter is squarely covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Vinod Kumari and others vs. The State of Haryana and others (CWP No.66 of 2006 decided on 4.4.2006) where, in such like cases, comprehensive directions have been issued.

(2.) In view of the above, we allow this writ petition in terms of the division Bench judgment of this Court in Vinod Kumari and others.
