(2.) NOTICE of motion to A.G., Haryana. Mr. Harish Rathee, Sr. DAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on the asking of the Court. Four copies of the writ petition have been handed over to Mr. Rathee by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is represented to be 60% handicapped on account of Polio. He was appointed on the post of Peon and is sought to be transferred from the office of District Education Officer, Panipat, to the office of Block Education Officer, Bapauli. The petitioner has approached this Court without filing any representation.
