JUDGEMENT

(2.) THE petitioners before this Court have sought directions to the respondents to give 3 phase 24 hours power supply on Urban pattern to the village of the petitioners by installing a separate feeder switch. THE petitioners claim that the aforesaid claim of the petitioners is covered by the provisions of RECC Circular No.5/96. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the Chief Engineer (Operation), respondent No.2 within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is received by annexing all the relevant documents. If any such representation is filed by the petitioners, then the Chief Engineer (Operation), respondent No.2 shall take into consideration the claim of the petitioners and pass a detailed and speaking order within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is received. A copy of the order be given dasti on payment of usual charges.
