JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is a government servant working as a Social Study Master, in Govt. High Court, Uchapind, District Kapurthala. The present dispute is the result of matrimonial discord between the petitioner and his wife. Numerous other cases are also pending inter parties. Notice of motion to A.G.Punjab for 24.8.2006.

(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions :-
