JUDGEMENT

(1.) Notice of motion. On the asking of the Court, Mr Sidharth Sarup, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and Mr Karamjit Verma, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of respondent No.4.

(2.) This petition has been filed for quashing on the basis of compromise.

(3.) It has been averred that petitioner No.1 was married to respondent No.4 on 3.8.2002. The parties separated and FIR dated 15.6.2004, Annexure P-1, was lodged. However, the matter has, thereafter, been settled and the decree of divorce has been granted on 3.2.2006 being Annexure P-2. Respondent No.4 is present in court along with her counsel and confirms these averments.
