THE petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to extend the No Objection Certificate issued or issue a fresh No Objection Certificate for registration of vehicle at Chandigarh in the name of the petitioner. A further direction was sought against the respondents to register the vehicle belonging to the petitioner.
