THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to grant the petitioners the benefit of work-charge continuous service towards qualifying service for pension and other retrial benefits, including the benefits of 8/18 and 10/20 years of service in view of annexures P-1 and P-3.
