JUDGEMENT

(1.) REPLY on behalf of the State has been filed.

(2.) CASE is for the offence under Sections 323/324/325/336/452/148/149 IPC and 27/54/79 of the Arms Act. In this case, Gurdial Singh, who had got the FIR registered, has compromised the matter. Copy of the compromise is Annexure P- 2.

(3.) PETITIONER and Gurdial Singh are stated to be cousins. Taking into account the nature of the offence and the fact that there is no injury by fire arm, this petition is accepted. FIR No. 80 dated 30.7.1994 registered against the petitioner is quashed. Petition allowed.
