THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to grant one grade increment to the petitioners on their promotion to the post of Head Teachers from the post of JBT Teachers under Rule 4.4 (a) (i) of the Punjab Civil Service Rules, Volume I Part 1 (as applicable to the State of Haryana) as well as the law laid down by this Court and the Hon ble Supreme Court.
