JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner Hazara Singh apprehending his arrest in a nonbailable offence in case FIR No.30 dated 18.7.2006 registered under Sections 420/467/468/120-B IPC at Police Station Nurpur Bedi, District Ropar, has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail.

(2.) I have heard the counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR. This order be read in continuation of the earlier order dated August 18, 2006 passed by this Court.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioner contends that regarding the alleged transaction, a civil suit has already been filed by the complainant. He further contends that many civil suits are pending between the parties. Counsel for the petitioner contends that in terms of the aforesaid interim order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. This fact has not been disputed by the State counsel and he further on instructions from ASI Piara Singh states that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation.
