JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No. 26 dated 5.4.2006 under Sections 420, 365, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Kumb Kalan, District Ludhiana. I have heard counsel for the petitioners and gone through the contents of the petition as well as the FIR. THE petitioners in this case are raising disputed questions of facts. Since the allegations in this case prima facie constitute the alleged offence, therefore, on the basis of disputed question of law that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case, the FIR cannot be quashed. Dismissed.
