THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to allocate the share reserved for Scheduled Castes category in the appointment of Guest Faculty teachers and to interview and appoint them against the posts of S.S. Masters/ Mistress, to the extent of 20% share reserved for Scheduled Castes Category C.W.P. No. 7269 of 2006 [2] For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioners have already got served a legal notice dated March 26, 2005 (P-5).
