JUDGEMENT

(1.) Notice of motion to the respondents.

(2.) On the asking of the Court, Sh. Ashok Aggarwal, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. A copy be supplied to Mr. Aggarwal by the counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner has approached his Court claiming directions against the respondents for granting him the pensionary benefits admissible to the petitioner in accordance with the Rules.

(3.) From the perusal of the record, we find that a legal notice dated March 30, 2006 (Annexure P-4) has already been issued by the petitioner which remains unresponded so far.
