JUDGEMENT

(1.) LEARNED counsel has confined his prayer for issuance of directions to the Executing Court to decide the pending application filed on 10.4.2000 expeditiously. LEARNED counsel has drawn my attention to various inter- locutory orders passed by the Executing Court. Having heard learned counsel I am of the view that the revision petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the Executing Court to decide the execution application expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from today. Ordered accordingly. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Court.
