(2.) THE petitioner claims disability pension. THE claim of the petitioner was considered by the competent authority after the petitioner was examined by the Medical Board and his claim for disability pension was declined by an order dated 23.3.2005. A perusal of the aforesaid order reveals that an appeal is competent therefrom. In compliance with the liberty granted to the petitioner in the order dated 23.3.2005, the petitioner preferred an appeal dated 23.4.2005.
