JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is a bonafide purchaser of a Scorpio jeep, bearing registration No.HR-05-P- 0121. The said vehicle was purchased by one Rohtash and financed by the complainant-company. It appears that Rohtash sold the said vehicle to some other party and stopped repaying the loan amount. Thereafter, the vehicle changed hands and was purchased by the petitioner from one Surat Singh, a vehicle dealer, by raising a loan from the ICICI bank. At that time, the vehicle bore registration number as HNM 48. She thereafter sold the vehicle to one Gurdev Singh from whom it was recovered. Notice of motion to A.G.Haryana for 22.8.2006.

(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of her arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
